TIW5-360 Six-channel night driving system
Six-channel night driving system TIW5-360
The six-channel system TIW5-360 is designed for driving a vehicle in conditions of absolute darkness, surveillance, detection and tracking.
The six-channel TIW5-360 system provides video monitoring of the surrounding area around the vehicle by 360 degrees so that the driver can fully control the situation around the vehicle and respond in a timely manner to the hidden danger.
The system can be installed on any car, regardless of the brand and model, as well as small boats and yachts.
Functional composition
The system of night driving TIW5-360 is divided into two parts:
1. External sensors (installed front, rear and at the edges of the car).
2. Internal control mechanisms, control units and touchscreen (located in the driver's cabin).
1. External image acquisition sensors:
- Multifunction detector (installed on the front edge of the roof of the vehicle), the detector is equipped with:
A) Night vision module.
B) Infrared thermal imaging module.
C) A powerful laser illuminator with a smooth adjustment of the angle of the light beam, from near to long range, the illuminator operates in an invisible light range with a wavelength of 808 nm.
- On the perimeter of the car (front, sides and rear) are installed:
6 (six) thermal imaging sensors that completely cover the entire perimeter of the surrounding space.
Use temperature: -40 ° C to + 60 ° C
2. Internal control mechanisms:
- The control unit is responsible for processing video signals coming from external sensors.
- Interactive touch screen.
- Control panel with quick function buttons, with which you can control:
A) Smoothly adjusting the distance of the illuminator closer (-) / further (+) of the multifunction detector.
B) Night Vision Module
C) Thermal imaging sensors: front, peripheral (side) controlling the left and right sides of the vehicle, as well as a rear sensor that monitors the space behind the car.
Use temperature: -20 ° C to + 60 ° C
Principle of operation.
All information from external sensors is fed to the video signal processing control unit and outputs information to the interactive display in the cabin. The system allows you to simultaneously display up to 6 images, creating a panoramic view of 360 degrees without any blind or dead zones.
The display has several display modes, the output can be combined using the buttons on the control panel.
1. Display of six channels. In this mode, you can see everything that is in front, on the sides and behind the car.
2. Output of four channels. The mode of peripheral survey, i.e. To observe the space on the sides of the car.
3. Output of three channels. The mode of frontal observation, in which you can change the range of laser illumination from near to far.
4. Output of one channel, in front or behind the car.
Manage images by simply touching the areas on the touch screen. Those. In any of the modes, by touching the desired window, you can display it in full-screen mode (for example, consider small details in the desired zone), the second touch returns the windows to their original position.
